Introduction
Dukaan is a B2B SaaS platform that enables small business owners to create a fully functional online store in 30 seconds — no coding, no technical skills required. With a product built for speed and simplicity, they needed a marketing system that could acquire small business owners at scale and convert them into active, engaged users.

Dukaan came to C11S with a clear growth target — scale their user base significantly while keeping acquisition costs under control. The challenge was reaching small business owners — a fragmented, diverse audience that required multiple channels, multiple messages, and a content strategy that could build trust as well as drive installs. Generic campaigns would not work. They needed an acquisition system built around the specific motivations and pain points of an entrepreneur trying to take their business online for the first time.
What We Did
We built a multi-channel acquisition system and added an influencer layer on top.
We started with a full audit of their existing user acquisition data and audience behaviour. From there we built a complete growth system covering paid acquisition, influencer marketing, content production, and brand management for their merchant base.
